Job Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator Assistant to join our dynamic team at AppleOne. This role is essential for supporting Project Coordinators with various operational tasks, ensuring smooth project execution in a collaborative environment.


Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Prepare shipping documentation for samples.
  • Generate sales estimates for sales representatives.
  • Create sales orders for project coordinators.
  • Compile air and land transit costs for project coordinators.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with customers.
  • Manage the inbound and outbound logistics of finished goods for clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate timely shipments of finished goods with the shipping coordinator.
  • Maintain files, records, data, and other project-related documents.
  • Accurately enter customer and project information into the ERP system, ensuring data is current and precise.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project assistance within a manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge or experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
