The Project Coordinator within our Solar division will support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities

•    Assist Project Managers in planning and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
•    Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
•    Maintain project documentation, including contracts, letters of delay, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and coordination of T&M tickets.
•    skill of joining and recording meeting notes.
•    Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to the project management team.
•    Facilitate communication between project team members, ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
•    Assist in preparing and submitting project reports, including progress reports, cost tracking, and schedule updates.

Qualifications


•    Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
•    2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in the commercial construction industry.
•    Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
•    Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
•    Must be willing and able to travel to jobsites 1-2 times per month 
•    CPR, 1st Aid, OSHA 30 preferred; Preemployment and annual Drug Tested. 

The Location
 
Roncelli’s headquarters is located in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This position will report to our headquarters, however traveling to and from our jobsites will be required from time to time.
