The Senior Project Manager will serve as a vital business ally, representing IT strategies and initiatives to ensure alignment within the Supply Chain and Finance sectors across North America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing local, regional, and occasionally global projects, managing teams, budgets, and fostering collaboration with Domain teams to ensure project success.

This role will enhance the standards of Agile project delivery within the Supply Chain and Finance domain, potentially incorporating both hybrid and traditional waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the completion of standard project documentation, including Functional Scope, Technical Design, Integration Models, and Data Analytics, according to established timelines.
  • Manage project budgeting and tracking utilizing standard rate sheets for contract personnel, consolidating data across all domains.
  • Coordinate capacity planning with Domain leads and adhere to B2B guidelines.
  • Plan resource assignments in collaboration with Domain leads.
  • Develop project task plans that include resource models and milestones.
  • Oversee project billing documentation, including Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and Capital Requests.
  • Conduct periodic budget tracking, including timesheet reconciliation, invoicing, and remaining budget analysis, along with regular status updates to project stakeholders and IT leadership.
  • Provide budget oversight for projects managed directly by contract personnel, following established guidelines.
  • Manage local project responsibilities effectively.
  • Act as a key leader for project portfolio structures, PMO standards, and best practices.
  • Facilitate the deployment of core models within the region in collaboration with central teams.
  • Implement Zone IT and B2B guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
