Role Description

Tilly is seeking a Head of Sales who will be responsible for leading and growing our sales team in our schools business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for special education and a track record of successful sales leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships with decision-makers in schools and educational bodies, understanding their unique needs, and presenting Tilly's services as an essential solution.


Qualifications

  • Experience in K-12 education.
  • Proven track record to drive results in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to lead a team of 10+ sales reps
  • Experience in client management or customer success management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • This is an hybrid role, located in Chicago, IL.
  • Willingness to travel as needed


Compensation

$200K-$250K Total Compensation
