What You'll Do:
- Process invoices and ensure accurate coding to appropriate projects and accounts.
- Review and verify purchase orders, vendor statements, and payment requests.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment issues with vendors.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, preferably in the construction industry.
