Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our executives.


Duties:

- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Conduct research and compile data for various projects

- Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed

- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events

- Manage filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized

- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary

- Perform general clerical duties


Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
