This Direct Hire, Hybrid, Human Resources Manager position, reporting to the VP of HR, will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function and contributing to an Employee-Centric culture which focuses on teamwork & continuous improvement.

Location: Hybrid Tampa FL | 2-3 days Remote Post Onboarding | Must be willing to be based out of Tampa FL corporate office & 15% travel to 10 offices located in Florida & Georgia | Must be within a 60-Mile Radius from Tampa, Florida including these cities: Tampa, Sarasota, St Petersburg or Clearwater


Background Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree - required
  • PHR or SPHR Certification - required
  • 10+ years’ progressively responsible Human Resources experience
  • 3-5 years' Human Resources Management experience
  • Proven experience leading an HR department or function for construction/mechanical/safety/blue collar environment required
  • Demonstrated Human Resources Generalist experience with broad knowledge of HR in many areas including Employee Relations & Employment Law, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance management and more
  • Proven Strategic experience enhancing the work environment through implementation of HR programs including HR policies & procedures, processes, change management, compliance and safety
  • Outstanding Communicator & Relationship Builder with passion for fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication with all levels of the business including leadership
  • Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment of change while maintaining High Attention-to-Detail & the Highest Level of Integrity at all times
  • You are a strategic & tactical leader willing to jump in to do administrative tasks when needed and experienced providing an organized and flexible work environment
  • Experience with HR/HRIS Systems - ADP a plus & MS Office Suite
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
