As an Enterprise Account Executive at Inbox Health, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with large healthcare organizations. You will leverage your expertise in enterprise sales to identify high-potential opportunities, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals with key decision-makers in healthcare companies. This role is critical in growing our customer base among large medical practices, healthcare providers, and revenue cycle management companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Build a strong pipeline of enterprise healthcare organizations, focusing on medical groups, healthcare networks, and RCM companies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target large accounts, aligning solutions to meet their revenue cycle and patient communication needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Inbox Health’s platform and how it addresses the pain points of the healthcare billing process.
  • Solution Selling: Present customized solutions that address specific business needs and challenges in healthcare billing and patient payments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless hand-offs, drive customer engagement, and support implementation.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Achieve Quotas: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while contributing to overall company revenue targets.
  • Market Insight: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in healthcare payments and billing systems.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in healthcare, software (SaaS), or revenue cycle management solutions.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Strong healthcare billing and payments industry knowledge, including experience working with healthcare providers or billing organizations.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level executives.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across different departments and support teams to ensure client success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of software platforms, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Results-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
