Key Account Manager to join their California team and manage relationships with major OEM clients.


Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding strategic relationships with key OEMs in California and beyond. This role will focus on developing long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities by positioning the company’s LiDAR technology as essential for next-generation applications like autonomous driving and advanced robotics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key OEM accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Identify new opportunities for LiDAR technology integration across various sectors (automotive, industrial, robotics)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing client needs and aligning them with the company's solutions
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver customer success and ensure seamless implementation
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with key clients, driving revenue growth
  • Provide accurate forecasting and account reporting to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences


Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in key account management or business development, ideally in the LiDAR, sensor technology, or autonomous driving sectors
  • A strong network within automotive OEMs and related industries
  • Ability to manage complex accounts, with a track record of developing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events
