Role with the Company:
The Human Resources Project Coordinator (HRPC) will engage with executives and other departments to ensure collaboration on project development and implementation to oversee key projects and initiatives. Create and implement comprehensive project plans and documents, ensuring deliverables are appropriately defined and communicated. Assist the CHRO and HR team with planning, implementing, and reviewing employment and labor relations processes. Supports projects and technology initiatives. Also provides administrative support to HR team, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
- Coordinates gathering, collecting, and maintaining documents and records required for contracts and/or policy development.
- Coordinates and facilitates logistics of scheduled meetings for HR and executive team.
- Manages projects related to preparing plans, SOPs, documents, and reports within required timelines.
- Communicates project deliverables to stakeholders and follows up on deliverables by department and/or individual, through completion of project.
- Generates ad hoc reports related to personnel management, including recruitment, turnover, compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, etc.
- Assists HR team in updating current personnel databases, in compliance with federal, state, and local laws; and in the maintaining of records for inactive employees.
- Collaborate with Executives and Senior Leadership for programmatic and operations process improvement plans.
- Engages with departments on current departmental HR procedures related to employee records; may coordinate training and/or engagement activities
- Drafts documents and correspondence for HR Leaders, all staff communications memorandums, processes and procedures, SOPs, etc., including writing, proofreading, formatting, and designing materials for distribution.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law, and escalates identified gaps/changes to HR leaders to address compliance updates.
- Coordinates, plans, and organizes small-to-large-scale meetings.
Background Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Technology
- 3+ years project management experience including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders
- 3+ years supporting executive and senior managers
- Highly organized
- Skilled in developing reporting and spreadsheets
- Proficient in all aspects of Google platform
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years handling administrative tasks of projects including maintaining project management documents
- Experience reporting project outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalating issues according to project work plan
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification
