Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting data management, inquiries, and generating reports using various software tools.
  • Updating client information systems for transaction processing.
  • Utilizing project management tools to assign, schedule, and manage work orders based on client requirements and resource availability.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among project managers, planners, engineers, and field teams to ensure timely execution of work orders.
  • Dispatching work orders efficiently to field personnel through mobile applications.

This role is designed to support ongoing projects and will involve collaboration with various teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$22 - $24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
