What You'll Do:

  • New business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand their critical business strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that utilize the principles of behavioral economics to drive measurable results.
  • Engage, motivate, and inspire employees, sales teams, channel partners, and customers to achieve peak performance.


What You Bring:

  • Minimum of seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven track record of new business development and growing revenue in large accounts.
  • Experience selling marketing solutions or professional business services.
  • Large volume sales experience ($250k+ per sale).
  • Experience with long and complex sales cycles (3-12 months).
  • History of career stability (no more than 3 employers in the last 10 years).
  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web applications.
