Account Executives, Member/End Users and Subscription Services

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic sales team with key marketing prospects in some of the world’s most successful B2B technology companies as potential new clients.


The Account Executive, Subscription Services role is a hands on sales and service professional who manages a named account territory of existing Global SAP client companies to drive event attendees and content subscription renewals. You will own the overall subscriber company experience from initial sales engagement through services delivery and into annual renewals building long term renewable relationships.

What you will do:

· Achieve a first year new company group sale bookings quota of $500,000 and grow it from there.

· Sell annual and multi-year group subscription services to targeted companies ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 per year.

· Manage a portfolio of 500+ existing named account companies with over $1.5M in prior event attendance and subscription content access spend history.

· Achieve greater than 80% company level retention year over year.

· Develop relationships across all named account companies including teams in SAP COE, platform technology, application development, IT Operations, cloud hyperscalers, cybersecurity, data, analytics, GRC, Finance, HR and Supply Chain.

· Convert all in-bound individual e-commerce subscription and event attendee ticket sales leads into annual subscription programs.

· Prospect across all named account companies to grow pipeline opportunities by increasing the number of engaged contacts in each account.

· Maintain, nurture and renew past attendees within your named accounts.

· Build long-term relationships within each named account company.

What you will need:

· Passion for working with IT and Business professionals on their educational needs associated to using enterprise software and technology solutions.

· Proven ability to sell annual content and data subscription services to end user IT and Line of Business roles in Global 5,000 companies.

· Direct experience with event attendee and content subscription services.

· Commitment to achieving monthly sales goals.

· Proven annual subscription renewal sales performance.

· Account prospecting, expansion and engagement experience.

· Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong experience working within a CRM environment with SFDC experience required.

Compensation

The role enjoys a competitive base salary of between $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience and an aggressive commission plan with uncapped earnings potential. Year 1 OTE is targeted at $85,000 plus. In addition, the role participates in all SAPinsider employee benefit programs including unlimited PTO, medical benefits, 401K , life insurance and more.
