POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work closely with our experienced business development professionals to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

1.     Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze market data to uncover new business opportunities and target markets.

2.     Lead Generation: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients.

3.     Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

4.     Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.

5.     Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in managing client accounts, tracking sales activities, and coordinating meetings and appointments.

6.     Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

7.     Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey ideas.

·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

·        Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

·        Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous but not required.
