Cardio Diagnostics is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to take on the Business Development Associate role. In this capacity, the successful candidate will support the execution of innovative growth strategies to expand access to Cardio’s solutions across multiple sectors. As a critical member of our integrated Revenue organization, the Business Development Associate will contribute to delivering value to our clientele and achieving revenue targets.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in market penetration initiatives by conducting market research and competitive analysis and supporting the implementation of sales methodologies.
  • Engage in outbound cold and warm lead generation efforts, across phone, email, social media, and direct mail.
  • Participate in discovery calls and prepare sales decks.
  • Implement existing outbound sales processes, including developing campaigns to develop new leads and accelerate existing accounts.
  • Contribute to the design and operationalization of sales enablement programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the integrated Revenue organization.
  • Track and report relevant sales performance indicators, providing insights on pipeline progression, revenue growth, and market dynamics.
  • Attending industry events and networking forums to increase brand recognition and generate leads.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries with exposure to lead generation, demand generation, prospecting, sales, market development, or strategy in diagnostics, healthcare services, biopharma, and medical devices.
  • You have a proven track record of success supporting relationship building in healthcare organizations.
  • You are comfortable communicating on the phone, email, via a social media platform, or at a conference.
  • You have research skills and can optimize your business perspective, identify trends, and contribute to developing innovative messaging to support Cardio Diagnostics' business and our employer, provider, payer, and strategic relationships.
  • You can effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions, resolve problems, and measure success.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-growing multiple-hat environment.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally, attending industry conferences and trips (less than 20% of your role).


Vaccination Status
