The Job Developer will play a crucial role in connecting job seekers with employment opportunities that match their skills, interests, and career goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the job market, and a passion for helping others succeed.Key Responsibilities:Find employer partners by going to events, door to door, email campaigns, and more Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify job openings and facilitate placements for clients.Conduct outreach to local businesses and organizations to promote our services and build partnerships.Stay informed about labor market trends, industry developments, and resources for job seekers.Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as required.Be the face of RiseKit Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, counseling, social work, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Have 1-5 years of experience in job development, career counseling, or related fields.Strong knowledge of job search strategies, employment trends, and labor market information.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and effectively advocate on behalf of clients.Have a list of existing employer partners Proven ability to network and develop relationships with employers, community partners, and other stakeholders.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in job development, career counseling, or related areas.Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities, veterans, and/or formerly incarcerated individuals.Bilingual proficiency in SpanishBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.Meaningful work that makes a positive impact on individuals and communities.How to Apply: through JazzHRRiseKit is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of employment.
