Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product management, product management and/or project management, including experience developing gaming headsets, keyboards, and other PC peripherals
  • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Audio and/or Electrical Engineering experience a plus)
  • Proficient in project management tools and related applications (ie. Asana, Microsoft Project, Gantt Chart Builders)
  • Experience in development of stage gate process and NPI flow
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate full accountability for project deliverables
  • Ability to propose solutions and options in scenarios of challenges and obstacles
  • Ability to take initiatives and drive for results
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments with ever present changes
  • Ability to work in US and Asia time-zones


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage multiple project timelines and deadlines
  • Manage overall project scope including market research, product requirements, and tracking sample approvals from prototypes to mass production
  • Serve as main point of contact for Project Managers, Designers, engineering, business, finance teams to establish project plan and issues that may arise
  • Work with internal team, as well as 3rd party vendors and partners on collecting project requirements and proposing project plan
  • Coordinate and track product and packaging samples
  • Create and maintain reports and presentations on a regular basis focused on project schedule and budgets, utilizing data visualization
  • Engage actively with individuals and cross-functional teams to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Assist on other operational tasks including Product SKU management, logistic planning, and other operational compliance requirements that may arise
  • Implement process improvements to streamline development


Our targeted compensation rate for this full-time position based in Culver City, California is between $140,000 and $150,000, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
