Our client is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Brand Marketing Team. This position will manage influencer strategy, planning, implementation, oversight, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, creative, organized, and always in the know on social and cultural trends. This role will work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure successful execution of influencer campaigns and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

-Develop best in class influencer programs in partnership with internal and external teams that align with broader marketing initiatives to expand reach, enhance brand perception, drive consideration, and build loyalty.

-Manage end-to-end influencer programs including discovery, negotiation, partnership management, content collaboration, reporting, and budgeting.

-Identify opportunities to leverage influencer content in paid media mix, partnering with brand marketing leads to develop strategic learning agendas that unearth creative insights and inform future media strategies.

-Build a roster of influencers in key markets that includes micro to macro creators, leveraging trade and paid opportunities to develop well-rounded influencer programs that are rooted in culture and deeply resonate with target audience.

-Arrange logistics for content production and content creator trips including itineraries, travel and ongoing communications to key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Communications preferred but not required.

4+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a pulse on culture, entertainment, and social trends.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to review content and creative assets for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Experience using Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, PPT.

Demonstrated experience with social media reporting and analytics.

Ability to travel up to 20%.
