Role Overview: As an Influencer Relations Specialist, you will be a vital member of the Influencer Partnerships team, focusing on enhancing the presence of celebrity and influencer brands on TikTok Shop. Your work will be essential in supporting our Governance and Experience strategy through education and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data strategies to identify and mitigate intellectual property and anti-counterfeit risks within the US market.
  • Utilize analytical skills to monitor and assess potential fraudulent activities, creating rules to combat fraud.
  • Design and optimize workflows to categorize various risk types and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing fraud management tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on intellectual property and anti-counterfeit risks, partnering with data science and engineering teams to refine risk mitigation models.
  • Analyze trends in fraudulent activities and establish monitoring systems to reduce risks.
  • Define and improve key performance indicators, creating detailed reporting models for effective tracking and feedback.
  • Research intellectual property regulations and develop enforcement processes to deter misconduct while maintaining user experience.
  • Guide analysts on policy enforcement and engage with key stakeholders to influence decisions.
  • Communicate complex findings to stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Trust and Safety, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or Data Science within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and analytical tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Experience in a global company and familiarity with multicultural environments.
