  • Ensure Smooth Execution of Events: Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including space planning, vendor management, and customer support.
  • Support Marquee Events: Contribute to the success of high-profile company events.
  • Own the Global Plug-and-Play Events Model: Maintain consistency and efficiency in event execution across all locations, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
  • Optimize Space Planning: Assist the Global Workplace Events Program Manager in maximizing the use of event spaces, ensuring they are properly equipped and furnished.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with the Global Workplace Events Program Manager to secure and manage preferred pricing for event caterers, transportation, rentals, and other vendors. Work with procurement and T&E teams to maintain strong vendor partnerships.
  • Provide Customer Support: Offer guidance and support to team leaders and onsite hosts to streamline event planning and execution, ensuring all events meet participants' needs.
  • Generate Event Reports: Track and analyze event data to create comprehensive reports, evaluate event success, and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recent event planning experience.
  • Project or program management skills. Have vendor management skills.
  • Previous experience with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira.
  • Ability to tackle a project from start to finish with minimal oversight.
