Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices while upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices promptly, maintaining a meticulous level of accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox efficiently, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Conduct reconciliations of vendor statements to guarantee accurate recording of invoices and payments, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
  • Efficiently manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with vendors through effective communication regarding invoicing, payment inquiries, and discrepancies.
  • Accurately code vendor invoices according to transaction type and company guidelines.
  • Verify the accuracy of product classification and shipment documents to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Proficiency in invoicing processes and experience with Accounting ERP software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
