Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a senior sales role.
  • Knowledge and experience of the talent acquisition services landscape; ideally, exposure to both full-time TA hiring and the contingent workforce, minimally, subject matter expertise in selling in at least one.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to track and analyze sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism and resilience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques.
