About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive to guide our organization, in conjunction with the executive leadership team, towards the next stage of expansion. The Senior Sales Executive will be accountable for both the strategic vision and the daily management of the Sales and Customer Success divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance metrics to drive sales effectiveness.
- Enhance the sales capabilities of the team through coaching and development.
- Continuously improve the sales technology infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of ongoing professional growth within the team.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales reporting, revenue operations, and enablement, with a proven history of establishing and refining comprehensive outbound sales processes. Experience in managing short sales cycles and products with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) between $15,000 and $50,000 is essential. The candidate should have played a significant role in scaling a previous organization’s revenue from $20 million to $50 million.

Requirements:

- Lead a full-cycle new business development and Customer Success sales team of over 20 members to meet revenue objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and conversion metrics throughout the sales funnel.
- Design and implement compensation and incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
- Inspire and develop team members consistently to achieve their targets.
- Oversee the sales technology stack to optimize prospecting capabilities.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of the CRM system.
- Provide insights and analysis to enhance sales campaign effectiveness across various industries.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements within the sales team.
- Develop and manage comprehensive training programs to empower staff and align with sales objectives.
- Oversee the Customer Success team to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in driving growth and retention in Strategic Account Management Sales.
- Experience in leading a sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Successful execution of outbound sales processes and sales enablement initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, for managing sales tasks and data.
- Experience in collaborating with legal teams on contract negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years in the Events/Conferences industry.
- Experience with Hubspot Sales Enterprise CRM.
- Background in scaling organizations from startup to growth phases.
- Experience in developing new events.
