Titan Talent Partners has been retained to find a dynamic Global Human Resources Manager for a prominent $200 million global business dedicated to driving innovation in the engineering and medical device sector. We are seeking a strategic HR leader to champion a global HR function and fuel the continued growth and development of a talented team.



As the Global Human Resources Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HR strategy across our diverse global operations. Reporting directly to both the General Manager and the corporate VP, HR leadership, you will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture, optimizing talent management processes, and ensuring seamless HR operations across multiple international locations.



Responsibilities:


  • Global Talent Development: Build and enhance the talent pipeline across a global footprint, including facilities in the US, UK, Spain, and China. Drive efforts to attract and retain top engineering, commercial, and functional talent aligned with the strategic objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead the charge in recruiting top-tier talent, focusing on critical roles that support strategic customer relationships and business growth.
  • Strategic Talent Development: Spearhead initiatives to develop and coach senior leaders, enhance team dynamics, and implement effective succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Drive initiatives to foster a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing workforce. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen employee engagement and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
  • Complex HR Management: Navigate and manage intricate HR processes and regulations across global locations, with experience in handling European works councils.
  • Operational Collaboration: Partner with operations leadership on footprint optimization and consolidation projects, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the workforce.
  • Benchmark HR Excellence: Establish HR excellence within the organization, setting standards for best practices and innovative HR solutions.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a technical manufacturing or engineering-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing talent and building high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing global HR operations
  • Strong business insight with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.


Location: Willingness to be based in Bedford, MA, with flexibility to travel to global locations as needed.


Pay range and compensation package: Base Range 175k -210k plus 25% bonus
