Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at ABLATOS / Fettaya Properties located in Manhattan, NY. This person will be responsible for day-to-day tasks of office management for a small office in Mid-town east as well as supporting 3 C-Suites with tasks remotely and or when they are in town.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support to Executives:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating visitors in and out of office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space, including liaising with building management and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure that office equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements when needed.
  • Manage office security procedures and access controls.

General Office Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests for our co-working space
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and social activities to promote a positive work culture.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage people and stay organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Hours and compensation:

  • 40 hours a week
  • $20-25/hour (depending on experience)
