Key Responsibilities:

Offer comprehensive administrative assistance for the daily functions of the executive office Manage calendar coordination and scheduling for multiple senior executives Travel arrangements: organize both domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries Expense management: gather receipts, prepare, submit, and track expense reports in a timely manner Oversee office supplies: monitor inventory, place orders, and receive deliveries Coordinate book displays: select titles and manage orders for various display locations Draft and distribute communications as required Assist in organizing a high volume of meetings and special events, including visitor reception, room arrangements, catering, and IT support Provide support for special projects as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

A minimum of three years of relevant experience; five years preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking Quick to learn and able to follow directions effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Must maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor in all interactions Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. All roles are eligible for an annual profit award or bonus, contingent on company performance.
