Sales Account Manager

Our Sales Account Manager role is pivotal in driving new customer development and securing the growth of our organization. We seek an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven professional with strong sales skills. Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new customer relationships, securing new business contracts, expanding EQI into new markets, and leading commercial negotiations with buyers as necessary.


Job Responsibilities

·       Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers at assigned current and potential customers

·       Calculates customer quotes.

·       Negotiates and closes sales agreements by defining terms and conditions.

·       Keeps current with new products, horizontal and vertical market trends,

supporting technologies and competitive intelligence.

·       Works with management and technical team on customer requirements

·       Identify new innovation trends and create sales strategies.


Requirements

·       Experience in automotive manufacturing and sales; Strong expertise in the injection molding field.

·       International and local travel is required.  

·       Proven ability to develop and successfully execute business development and sales strategies

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including group presentation for large and small groups made up of project teams, management, and customers

·       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, sales representatives, managers, employees, and the public.

·       Pre-employment drug screening (hair follicle)
