Trane is seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive business growth and develop strong customer relationships.

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure maximum revenues through strategic account penetration, including finding, generating, and developing new customers while retaining current ones.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long-term, mutual support requirements.
  • Ascertains market opportunities and market sales data.
  • Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.
  • Daily territory travel required with some overnight travel.

Successful experience in Business Development and Sales is required. CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.

Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
