Ovitas Inc. - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

 

Join Ovitas, the leading ELO Enterprise Content Management (ECM) partner in the Americas, as we expand our US market presence. We're seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growing sales activities. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in our success by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for demos.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Become an expert in articulating ECM/DMS concepts, particularly in the context of the ELO ECM Suite and Ovitas features and solutions.
  • Prospect our ideal customer profile (ICP) to initiate engagement.
  • Assess prospect interest and qualification based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Enter prospect information into our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Create follow-up sequences and maintain communication history.
  • Occasional travel for trade shows, conferences, and events may be required.


Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a technology-focused environment, preferably in Document Management, ERP, Integration, or CRM solutions.
  • Ability to engage with business leaders at the CXO and director level.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to articulate technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to overcome objections and align customer needs with solutions.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with solution selling and content management systems is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
