Business Development Representative

Affinity Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and increasing sales revenue for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Market Growth and Development: Identify and execute strategies to drive market growth and increase sales revenue for our clients.
- Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, merchandisers, and buyers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and drive sales growth.
- 3-5 years of foodservice brokerage or foodservice distribution sales experience.
- Restaurant operations or culinary experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Outstanding time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong partner relationships.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
