Revenue, Sales, and Business Growth Manager

Cedar Cove Ranch is seeking an experienced Revenue, Sales, and Business Growth Manager to drive our financial performance, lead sales initiatives, and expand our hunting and corporate retreat operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor recreation business management, hunting operations, proven sales experience, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from hunting packages and corporate retreat bookings
- Lead direct sales efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals for hunting packages and corporate retreats
- Identify new business opportunities within the hunting and corporate retreat markets
- Analyze financial data and market trends to inform sales strategies and business decisions

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones for both hunting and corporate retreat services.
2. Set and achieve sales targets for hunting packages and company retreats.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, hunting enthusiasts, and industry partners.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
6. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote Cedar Cove Ranch.
7. Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
8. Develop pricing strategies and packages that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
9. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
10. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and growth projections.
11. Collaborate with ranch management to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
12. Create and oversee marketing initiatives to support sales efforts and promote our hunting and retreat offerings
13. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
14. Set and track sales KPIs, providing regular reports on sales performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality, outdoor recreation, or corporate events industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the hunting and outdoor recreation market
- Experience in corporate event sales and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications:
- Personal experience in hunting and outdoor activities
- Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
