POSITION SUMMARY

We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Associate to become a part of our dedicated team. The perfect candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for sales, a comprehensive understanding of the wellness sector, and a demonstrated history of surpassing sales objectives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, nurturing robust customer relationships, and contributing to the overall achievements of Herbal Goodness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations customized to meet the needs of retailers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services. Introduce promotions and new offerings to clients while providing tailored recommendations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Market Research: Identify potential retail partners by understanding their requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape. Seek out and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Learning & Development: Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior sales associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated success in commissioned sales, ideally within the retail health and wellness sector.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Ability to adapt to varying market dynamics and customer profiles.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to work in the office five days a week.
  • This role may require attendance at events and trade shows.
