Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a leading insurance firm that is looking to add a Manager of Corporate Development to help accelerate their strategic, inorganic growth initiative. This role will report directly into the CFO and provide clear opportunities for growth.
Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop plans for a seamless inorganic strategy to accelerate the firm's growth.
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
- Mentoring, training and supervising analyst and associate level team members.
Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of Investment Banking or Corporate Development experience.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Strong closed M&A deal experience.
