- Apply change management and OD methods, processes, and tools to support the adoption of business and technology transformations, ensuring successful implementation and minimizing resistance to change.
- Provide consultation and coaching to project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise-wide approaches and tools.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of tactics and interventions, developing strategic recommendations to drive business outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of change management and organization development principles, methodologies, tools, and practical application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of measuring and evaluating the success of initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in a corporate environment with a focus on large-scale technology-based change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in change management and OD (e.g., Prosci, SHRM) or other relevant certifications, preferred.
