Job Responsibilities: what you will be doing as Site Development Manager - III - Frisco, TX

  • At least 5 years relevant experience required. The Site Development Manager will provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance and support for market site development activities related but not limited to wireless telecom construction, construction design specific to all types of wireless communication sites, construction quality standards, Site acquisition, real estate, zoning, site compliance and external affairs.
  • Provides value to the development and construction functions by ensuring the consistent high quality and timeliness of delivery of operational and project-based development activities. Is the central point of contact and responsibility for planning, coordinating, resourcing, communicating, executing, and controlling the development and construction initiatives.
  • Ensures consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, and vendor pricing.


Skillset Matrix:

  • Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc)
  • MS Suite – strong excel skills required What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Serve as the lead with the soft cost team on all matters regarding site scoping (when needed), lease review routing and execution, engagement with legal and landowners on lease redlines, document upload and approval, vendor project update meetings, date, and data management in Magenta Built, team sync meetings, reports/reporting.
  • Preferred background/prior work experience: Site Acquisition, soft cost, project management experience Priority soft
  • skills: Strong oral and written communication skills
