Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Control and Compliance: Manage construction costs, ensure regulatory agency compliance, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Construction Phase Management: Oversee construction phases to deliver quality homes on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Subcontractor Management: Work with the supervisor to identify, retain, and effectively manage subcontractors, ensuring their skills and techniques are mastered to a high degree of proficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and problem-solve issues, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Land Development and Safety: Learn the basics of land development and their impact on homebuilding, while maintaining a strong focus on job site safety and compliance with safety and environmental laws.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience, with residential construction experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.
  • Driver's License: Valid and active driver's license required, with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
