Overview:

The Site Operations Manager serves as the primary leader on-site, overseeing all subordinate supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans while monitoring weekly progress and overall project health.
  • Oversee and coordinate all activities at the job site.
  • Manage labor resources and subcontractors to guarantee high-quality work and timely service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with local inspectors and utility representatives to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage the Quality Control Program diligently.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules to track project timelines.
  • Oversee the invoicing process and manage project financials effectively.
  • Address and resolve daily operational challenges on-site.
  • Compile daily reports detailing manpower and significant project activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality renovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven stable work history.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel renovation processes.
