Job Description: Sales Manager

Role Overview The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving both short-term and long-term business objectives. This role involves leading a team focused on expanding the client base, enhancing market presence, and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives across multiple channels.


Organizational Structure

  • Department: Sales & Marketing
  • Reports to: Senior Executive Team
  • Supervises: Sales and Marketing Teams


Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of three years in a leadership role within sales
  • Proficient with CRM systems and CMS tools
  • Experienced in using data analytics for market research
  • Familiar with Salesforce or equivalent platforms
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Expertise in traditional and digital marketing, including social media
  • Knowledgeable in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Experienced in leveraging data to drive marketing and sales strategies


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and assess the performance of existing products and services.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Analyze pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Oversee and manage promotional efforts, including events and advertising.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize sales data to forecast outcomes, refine strategies, and improve market penetration.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed to support business objectives.
