We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

Responsibilities: 

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 

- Identify Independent Financial Advisors who have a budget and depend on Events to help drive lead count. 

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent lead generation. 

- Utilize CRM software such as HUBSPOT to track sales activities and provide accurate forecasts. 

- Conduct negotiations with clients to establish mutually beneficial contracts. 

- Lead the development of project proposals. 

Experience: 

- Proven working experience working with Financial Advisors within marketing Roles, case design or as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role. 

- Experience in negotiation, customer relationship management, business development, sales strategies, market analysis, strategic planning, and project management. 

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
