Positions: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Kent, WA

Duration: 2 Months Contract


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • AP ticketing, Microsoft Office, power point, excel, word and outlook
  • Process 100+ AP Invoices on daily basis.
  • Enter invoices, work with Procurement
  • Work with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years payables processing experience to include enterprise level, high volume payables.
  • Associates degree in accounting, finance, or similar field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Exostar, Costpoint, Cognos, and Coupa.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams.
