Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to assess our company's financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to support business objectives and drive financial success.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CMA or MBA
  • Experience: Five years or more of experience in finance and accounting
  • Skills: Proficiency with business intelligence, accounting, financial reporting, and consolidations
  • Technology: Proficiency with technology and business processes
  • Preferential Experience: Hands-on experience in accounting of non-profit/healthcare organizations and start-up organizations
