[Job Summary]

 

The Junior Accountant at iKAMPER will play a key role within the accounting team by managing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. This position will also support the AR/AP Specialist, contribute to the preparation of financial reports, and handle general office management tasks.

 

[Main Responsibility]

 

  1. AR/AP Support

 

  • Enters financial transactions.
  • Enter vendor bills into the accounting system correctly and completely.
  • Appy customer payment to their respective invoices accurately.
  • Maintain ledgers.
  • Ensures all documents are accurately filed.
  • Supports controller and specialist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Assists with high-volume periods or special projects related to AR/AP.
  • Provides backup for routine AR/AP tasks when the specialist is unavailable.

 

  1. Financial reporting & Compliance

 

  • Helps prepare reports and analysis as directed by the controller and specialist.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting practices affecting accounts payable.

 

  1. Other duties as assigned

 

  • Administer contracts related to administration and verify their service quality.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


[Job Requirement]

  • High school diploma (Completed coursework in Intermediate Accounting)
  • Direct 1 year of accounting experiences are required.
  • Solid understanding of account payable and receivable principles and practices
  • Proficient in accounting software (experience with NetSuite is a big plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent organizational & time-management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
