Position Summary:
  • This position is integral to the corporate functions of the organization, delivering centralized assistance across various business unit teams and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Processing and entering invoices.
  • Collaboration with Procurement teams.
  • Engagement with suppliers to address invoicing discrepancies.
  • Management of Accounts Payable ticketing.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Support for additional payables tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Accurate data entry skills, including ten-key proficiency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of the impact of payables on the General Ledger and financial statements.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and often ambiguous work environment.
  • Ability to build trust, maintain positive professional relationships, and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 2 years of experience in processing payables, particularly in high-volume, enterprise-level environments.
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with Exostar, Costpoint, Cognos, and Coupa software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams.
