Vice President Clinical Operations:

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Clinical Operations to lead and oversee the clinical programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the clinical strategy and ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials and regulatory submissions. This leadership position requires a visionary with a strong clinical background and a proven track record in the medical device industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement clinical strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive clinical initiatives and support business objectives.
  • Clinical Trials Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of all clinical trials, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other global regulatory standards. Lead efforts to achieve timely and successful trial outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing clinical operations team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Direct the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including IDE, PMA, and 510(k) submissions. Ensure all clinical activities adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to promote MedTech Innovations’ clinical programs and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the clinical operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in clinical operations within the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and global regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
