We are seeking a Vice President of Restaurant Operations to lead the daily operations of a fast-growing concept. This dynamic leadership role requires a passion for the restaurant industry, exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and large-scale multi-unit experience overseeing annual revenues of $100 million or more. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our brand.


Day to day of the role:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute business plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all units, ensuring consistency in service and product quality.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and conduct regular site visits.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all units.
  • Support the company’s growth initiatives, oversee new unit openings, and collaborate on securing prime locations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale multi-unit restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing annual revenues of $100 million or more.
  • Experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations, preferably in fast-casual or quick-service environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, P&L analysis, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
