Title- GxP Training Coordinator/ Global Quality Solutions Representative
Job Description:
- Must have experience working in a regulated environment, preferably GxP and Pharma.
- Prior training experience is required.
- Much of the role is project coordination and communicating with partners globally; attending meetings on ORP's behalf, taking meeting notes, preparing meeting materials, bringing notes and summaries back to ORP/team to help determine new projects and track existing projects
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
Global Quality Operations Representative tasks include:
- Supports the Global Quality Training Team toward implementation of the strategic and operational plans and tracks progress to goals
- Interact with the various business groups within the company to review their strategic and operational training goals and assist with researching and implementing solutions that support their functions.
- Plan and execute Documentation and Change Management activities to ensure successful completion of technology and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders for project-related activities and tasks that support the Global Quality Training team.
- Work with key stakeholders from the various business groups within the company to ensure training plans and materials are created for systems and processes.
- Represent the interests of the Global Quality Training team to identify solutions for their process improvement needs.
- Work with the Global Quality Training team to gather and document requirements to provide solutions to support their needs.
- Support the Global Quality Training team to identify new solutions for existing challenges and establish a roadmap to drive process improvement and digital transformation.
- Partner with project teams and relevant stakeholders on business systems identification, validation, implementation, control, and continuing enhancement to achieve business objectives.
- Provide frontline business input support for requirements on processes, tools, implementations, and change management activities.
- May act as Quality Representative for project information dissemination to internal stakeholders, alliance partners, and other company vendors, as applicable.
