Starting at $52,000 for each individual ($104,000 for couples)

Overview

Princeton Child Development Initiative (PCDI) has been a prominent provider of support services since 1977, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism. We are currently seeking a committed couple to fill the role of Residential Behavior Support Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of residents
  • Build supportive relationships with residents and team members
  • Create a caring and nurturing home environment
  • Instruct and assist residents in skill development
  • Transport residents to various activities
  • Facilitate daily routines and outings
  • Manage time efficiently
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively
  • Document services and maintain accurate records
  • Provide training to junior staff members
  • Oversee home maintenance duties
Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, education, or a related discipline, along with experience working with individuals with autism and familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Both candidates must hold a valid driver's license, successfully pass background checks, complete necessary training, and be available to work flexible hours.

Work Environment
