Need some what of Project management experience
Job Location: Two (2) days in Leesburg, VA office and one (1) day in DC client location.
Skills Required:
6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3+ years of Financial Management and transformation experience
3+ years of proven track record in supporting Public Sector projects
2+ years of providing support in the areas of reconciliations, GTAS, IPP, PP&E, and JVs.
Identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.
Leading teams to generate a vision, establishing direction and motivating members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and actively promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Exceptional work ethic, work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines, use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
Utilizing project management software and technologies, such as Microsoft Project with attention to details
Familiarity with financial and operational internal controls is a plus.
Familiarity with Federal Oracle Financials is required.
