Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and facilitate their transition from Sales to Finance during the vehicle acquisition process
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to build strong relationships
  • Assess customer financing requirements and payment alternatives through a consultative approach
  • Present a clear and transparent pricing menu to clients, outlining their financing choices and available products
  • Manage finance transactions while ensuring full compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience to foster loyalty
  • Prepare and dispatch all deal packages with complete and accurate documentation to lenders
  • Conduct post-sale audits of all deals for compliance and precision
  • Ensure prompt funding of all contracts
  • Familiarity with DealerTrack DMS is advantageous

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance is required
  • Demonstrated professional work ethic
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively close deals while maintaining a customer-focused and honest approach
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office; adeptness with computer software and internet applications
  • Maintain a superior Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • Experience with Ford Finance is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
