A Day In The Life
  • Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring;
  • Negotiate vendor payment terms to enhance cash flow;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology and product strategies;
  • Cultivate strong global supplier relationships and conduct regular supplier reviews;
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for the supply chain;
  • Lead strategic supplier business reviews;
  • Present supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Facilitate category analysis to support sourcing processes;
  • Negotiate agreements and monitor supplier performance;
  • Enhance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities for procurement services;
  • Identify benchmarks and implement process changes for improved performance;
  • Contribute to Total Cost of Ownership reduction efforts;
  • Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills effectively;
  • Travel occasionally to support Corporate/Category initiatives.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • BS in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering;
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training;
  • Experience in negotiation and materials management;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Power BI;
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • Understanding of commodity markets;
  • Master's degree or professional certificates are a plus.
